- In recent years, the liberalisation of the electricity and gas markets in Germany and Europe as well as the need to decarbonise energy supply has led to a profound structural change in the energy sector. As a result, energy professionals are increasingly faced with new challenges that require more in-depth training than ever before. In addition to the increased pressure on companies from the capital markets, increased competition in the industry is leading to greater customer focus and consistent value-based management.
