Description/content: Are you ready to get your engineering degree? You can get started with us even if you don’t meet the usual admission requirements for German universities! PreStudyING@HSRM (https://www.hs-rm.de/en/international/wege-an-die-hsrm/internationale-studierende/studienvorbereitung/prestudyinghsrm) is a study preparation programme aimed at obtaining a direct university entrance qualification for the Bachelor’s degree programmes offered by the Faculty of Engineering at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to directly enrol in one of our engineering programmes (https://www.hs-rm.de/en/engineering/degree-programs/bachelors-degree) without having to attend a German preparatory course ("Studienkolleg"). The programme starts twice a year and takes six months to complete. It includes the following elements: • Intensive C1 German language course to prepare you for the TestDaF (German as a Foreign Language) exam and academic challenges • Specialised courses in mathematics, physics, and computer science designed to prepare you for an engineering degree • Workshops on key academic and future skills for your academic and professional development • Individual support and social activities with other German and international students Do you not yet have German language skills at the B2 level? Take a look at our longer programme option, PreStudyING@HSRM – 12 months (https://www2.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/detail/9872/), which includes a B2 German language course. The PreStudyING@HSRM preparatory programme is part of the “Succeed@HSRM” project, which is funded by the European Social Fund and the State of Hesse from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028.
