- The economy and the sustainable development of society rely on the transformation of organisations and individuals towards sustainability. This Master's programme is research-oriented and interdisciplinary, focusing on sustainable entrepreneurship, leadership and individual agency. It empowers students to manage new ventures and design social businesses that have a positive impact on the environment. They will also learn strategies for transforming existing profit and non-profit organisations by developing new business models, supply chains, value creation and consumption patterns that promote sustainable development. Students will acquire knowledge in entrepreneurial, management and psychological approaches, and develop competencies to lead innovative transformation processes. This programme is designed to prepare students to act as change agents in organisations.
