- The programme starts each year in the winter and the summer semester. It is an on-site study programme offered in Würzburg, although most modules can be taken online in a synchronous way.
It is also possible to study only individual modules, for which a transcript of records will be issued after successful completion of the modules attended.

- The focus of the programme lies on internationally-oriented adult education and management in lifelong learning. It aims to provide students with interdisciplinary training in the fields of management in lifelong education and adult and continuing education. The spectrum of topics ranges from adult education, continuing education and philosophy of education to methods of adult education research and media pedagogy to organisational and personnel development.
