- The Bonn International Graduate School for Development Research (BIGS-DR) is based at the Center for Development Research (ZEF (https://www.zef.de/zefhome.html)), an institute of the University of Bonn (https://www.uni-bonn.de/en). The University of Bonn is one of Germany’s 11 Universities of Excellence (https://www.deutschland.de/en/topicknowledgehigher-education-and-research/an-overview-of-universities-of-excellence-in-germany) and runs 12 International Graduate Schools (https://www.uni-bonn.de/en/research-and-teaching/doctoral-students-and-postdocs/considering-a-doctorate/bonn-international-graduate-schools), among them BIGS-DR.
