- Our top priority is to make you fit for the job by our up-to-date training programme. This naturally includes teaching the necessary basic knowledge in technical, IT, business, and general scientific subjects during foundation modules. However, you will only be successful in a company if you can combine your knowledge and skills with the necessary soft skills. Therefore, it is our ambition to work out and train important personal success factors. These include, for example, the ability to work in a team, time management, assertiveness, the ability to discuss and present problems, independent problem identification and systematic problem solving. Projects on current real-life topics, which are carried out in small facilitated groups, provide a platform for learning.
