The duration of the programme is roughly 24 month with classes on 17 weekends and during two residential weeks.
Weekend course are scheduled monthly and start on Friday at 4pm and end on Sunday at 5pm.
Residential weeks are scheduled in the autumn and spring.

- The programme offers international experience and uses an integrated approach to focus on developing your leadership talent and management skills. It is a well-designed combination of core modules (Business and Leadership Essentials), advanced modules (Business and Leadership Electives) and the final Master's thesis. The programme encompasses 90 ECTS credits in total.

The on-the-job programme perfectly combines theory and practice. If selected by the student, the programme ends with the Global Immersion Seminar, a one-week seminar abroad that includes lectures and company visits. (In the past, the group travelled to Boston, USA, but other destinations are considered as well.) A semester abroad at one of HHL's partner universities is optional.
