- The Bachelor's programme in Global Food Systems provides interdisciplinary training at the interface of nutrition, agriculture, the environment and international development cooperation.
Students acquire a broad foundation in natural, social and economic sciences, enabling them to analyse complex challenges in global food systems and develop sustainable solutions. They will gain practical skills in data collection, system modelling, research and evaluation.
Career prospects arise in companies in the agricultural and food industry, in sustainability and quality management, in project and consulting, as well as in international organisations and NGOs. The programme qualifies graduates for both career entry and further Master's programmes.
