- The basic studies (first and second semesters) are taught in English.
An obligatory German language course takes place in the first year (13 hours/week + intensive language classes of 40 hours/week during the semester breaks).
The main studies (the third semester to the seventh semester) are taught in German. Therefore, a successful completion of the German language course is required.

- In the state of Baden-Württemberg, international students who are not nationals of a European Union (EU) state or the European Economic Area (EEA) are required to pay tuition fees of 1,500 EUR per semester.
Tuition fee waivers will be granted automatically to students from the EU and EEA, i.e. no tuition fees apply.
