- The programme starts in October (winter semester) and/or in March (summer semester). It comprises four semesters of study. It is a part-time study programme, designed for studying while working. The first two semesters are delivered fully online, using state-of-the-art video conferencing systems and learning platforms to interact and share materials. Additionally, on-site events at varying, easily reachable locations are offered to kick off the first three semesters (online participation possible). These are typically two- to three-day events aiming at getting to know the professors, starting the semester modules and networking among students. It is desired that the third and fourth semesters take place in a hybrid format.

- The "Automotive and Production Engineering & AI" degree programme provides comprehensive specialist knowledge in production and artificial intelligence, two key skills for a successful career in the automotive industry. In an industry that is investing heavily in new technologies, well-trained specialists are in high demand. In addition, the automotive industry is a global market in which international communication and cooperation are crucial. The English-language degree programme provides the ideal basis for acquiring these skills and positioning yourself optimally for global competition.
The degree programme is for "young professionals":
• with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, computer science or business
• who have an affinity for technology and/or digitalisation topics
• with relevant, qualified professional experience of at least one year
• who live outside Germany but have a connection to Germany, e.g. people who work in a German company
